In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777rx" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 777rx.org and all associated services, mobile interfaces, and tools made available thereunder.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777rx platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 777rx platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, sports wagering, and related entertainment services offered through the 777rx platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's 777rx account at any given time, including any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures that 777rx may require Players to complete before accessing certain features or processing withdrawals.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used on the 777rx platform.

By accessing the 777rx platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the 777rx platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and 777rx with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.

To use the 777rx platform you must register a personal account. Registration is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity — corporate entities may not register as Players.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on 777rx or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms.
• You may hold only one (1) active account on the 777rx platform. Creating additional accounts is strictly prohibited.

777rx reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. We may also require Players to complete KYC verification before activating an account or processing any transaction.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 777rx complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. 777rx makes no representations that access to or use of its services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777rx account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. 777rx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

You must notify 777rx customer support immediately via 24/7 Live Chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised. 777rx will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account following such notification.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords. We recommend a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account — this is available in your account security settings.
• Do not access your 777rx account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks.
• Log out of your account when you have finished each session, particularly on mobile devices.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 777rx platform are transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777rx supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods and their applicable limits may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 777rx account balance following successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. 777rx does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. 777rx processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though in practice same-day processing is available for verified accounts. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined pending completion of security reviews or compliance checks.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 777rx reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative fee upon withdrawal at 777rx's discretion.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are subject to network fees which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

777rx offers various promotional offers to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal PSL promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating solely to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages are set out in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., low-margin sports markets, specific table games) may contribute a reduced percentage towards wagering requirements.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per payment method.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account automatically.
• 777rx reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including through arbitrage, bonus hunting, or operating multiple accounts — will have bonuses forfeited and accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of meeting applicable wagering requirements.

All bets and wagers placed on the 777rx platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within each product section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Sports Betting: 777rx offers betting on cricket (including PSL, international matches, and domestic tournaments), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are quoted in decimal format. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. 777rx reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement period, or affected by a clearly erroneous odds entry.

Casino & Slots: All casino games and slot titles on 777rx are operated by certified third-party software providers and use independently audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets already confirmed will stand unless the event is voided.
• 777rx reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or series of related bets at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino game, the round will be voided and all bets returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777rx platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Participating in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any conduct that seeks to manipulate the outcome of any event or game.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or scripts to place bets, analyse odds, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or loopholes in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your 777rx account through your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777rx staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the 777rx platform — including but not limited to the 777rx brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game assets, and user interface elements — is the proprietary property of 777rx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777rx platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 777rx content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777rx and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

777rx does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. 777rx will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance but cannot guarantee service availability at all times.

In no event shall 777rx's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777rx collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777rx implements industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, SMS two-factor authentication, and secure data storage protocols to protect your personal information. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure and 777rx cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

777rx may be required to disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions where required by law or where 777rx has reasonable grounds to suspect that your account has been used for unlawful purposes.

Where an account is closed by 777rx due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full and 777rx shall not be obligated to return funds derived from prohibited conduct.

777rx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 777rx will notify Players by posting a notice on the platform and updating the "Last Revised" date at the top of this document. In some cases, 777rx may provide additional notice via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 777rx platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777rx holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
